LITIGATION MATTERS (RESOLUTION 22-64, RELATING TO SETTLEMENT AUTHORIZATION:  GERALDINE CONSTANTINO V. COUNTY OF MAUI, DISABILITY COMPENSATION DIVISION CASE 7-17-00763) (GREAT-11(14))

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of the following:

1.                     Resolution 22-64, entitled “AUTHORIZATION SETTLEMENT OF GERALDINE CONSTANTINO VS. COUNTY OF MAUI, DISABILITY COMPENSATION DIVISION CASE NO. 7-17-00763.”  Resolution 22-64’s purpose is to authorize settlement of the claim alleging work-related injuries sustained on May 10, 2017.

2.                     Correspondence dated February 17, 2022, from the Department of the Corporation Counsel, requesting consideration of Resolution 22-64.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 22-64, with or without revisions.  The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 22-64 and other related action.

 

Note
