Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. Resolution 23-113, entitled “AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM NO. 4076130 OF HANSEN OHANA SECURITY LLC (ROBERT HANSEN).” Resolution 23-113’s purpose is to authorize settlement of the claim, filed on March 30, 2022, in the amount of $14,982.67. The claim alleges damages to the claimant’s property located at 52 Kuli Pu‘u Street, Kihei, Maui, Hawai‘i, resulting from a water main break.
2. Correspondence dated March 13, 2023, from the Department of the Corporation Counsel, with a copy of the claim.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 23-113, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 23-113 and other related action.
