Description
Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to receive presentations and discuss matters relating to broadband and digital equity in the County of Maui.
Status
The Committee may receive presentations relating to broadband and digital equity from Chung Chang, Strategic Broadband Coordinator, State Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism (“DBEDT”); Burt Lum, State Digital Equity Coordinator, DBEDT; Garret Yoshimi, Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, University of Hawaiʻi; Jeanne Skog, Partner, Skog Rasmussen LLC; and Jeannine Souki, Senior Manager - Government & Regulatory Affairs, Hawaiian Telcom. The Committee may also discuss other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
