Description
Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to conduct an operational and budgetary review of the Environmental Protection and Sustainability Division of the Department of Environmental Management.
Status
The Committee may receive an update from the Department of Environmental Management relating to an operational and budgetary review of the Environmental Protection and Sustainability Division’s Fiscal Year 2024 Budget. The Committee may also discuss other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
