2. FIRST READING of bill to amend Appendix A, Part II, Special Purpose Revenues - Schedule of Revolving/Special Funds for the Fiscal Year 2018 Budget, by adding under the Open Space, Natural Resources, Cultural Resources, and Scenic Views Preservation Fund, a proviso for the purchase of the property for $2,350,000, to allow for public access to the Kenolio Beach Reserve; and
