Description
Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to receive a presentation and discuss matters relating to the Hoʻonani Village multifamily rental housing project in Puʻunene, Kahului, Maui. The project is described as consisting of 1,600 multifamily rental housing units, sports fields, commercial areas, and an amphitheater.
Status
The Committee may receive a presentation from representatives of the Hoʻonani Village multifamily rental housing project, Howard Kihune and Jeff Ueoka. The Committee may discuss the presentation, including the conceptual site diagrams, and other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
