Description

The Committee is in receipt of the following:

1.                     Bill 11 (2023) entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2829 (2000) GRANTING A CONDITIONAL PERMIT IN ORDER TO DEVELOP AND OPERATE A PARKING LOT WITHIN THE A-2 APARTMENT DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY SITUATED AT WAILEA, KIHEI, MAUI, HAWAII.” Bill 11’s purpose is to allow Wailea Golf, LLC, to develop and operate a parking lot for Wailea Tennis Club by amending Ordinance 2829 (2000), granting a Conditional Permit.

2. Correspondence from the County Clerk dated February 21, 2023, transmitting correspondence from the Department of Planning dated February 2, 2023.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of Bill 11 (2023), with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Bill 11 (2023) and other related action.
