Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. Resolution 22-98, entitled “AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM NO. 4070286 OF DAVID GARDINER.” Resolution 22-98’s purpose is to authorize settlement of the claim, filed on May 12, 2021, in the amount of $68,882.11. The claim alleges damages to the claimant’s property located at 36 Kuli Pu‘u Street, Kīhei, Maui, Hawai‘i, resulting from a water main break.
2. Correspondence dated March 28, 2022, from the Department of the Corporation Counsel, with a copy of the claim.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 22-98, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 22-98 and other related action.
